WAREHOUSE
THE WAREHOUSE HAS rough distressed brick throughout, with a patch of textured white stucco, a corner with aged yellow brick walls, and two 1930s, original sliding fire doors. An overhead skylight can be opened, along with two south facing shuttered windows to let in natural light. Otherwise,the stage can be completely blacked out. We have an overhead grid with ceiling electric for lighting. The warehouse can be light and sound isolated from the outdoors. There is an adjacent vine covered courtyard that gets plenty of afternoon light. You have access to adjacent lobby and production - green room giving plenty of areas to setup makeup, wardrobe, craft services, catering preparation, or other production needs. All rooms have AC, wifi access and there are 3 bathrooms. 240 amps of Single Phase power distribute through 110 volt double gang outlets. A pedestrian alley allows for easy, ground floor load from the street into the back of the warehouse, plus separate entrance into front lobby.
THE ANNEX has restored 1920s vintage walls with aged windows, doors, welded iron security bars and textured paint. One full wall has distressed black brick with exposed piping, which is opposite a back-lit, wood-plank wall. There is a back hall looking through the security bars into the annex. We have an overhead grid with ceiling electric for lighting. The annex can be light and sound isolated from the outdoors. You have access to the adjacent production - green room which gives plenty of areas to setup makeup, wardrobe, craft services, catering preparation, or other production needs. All rooms have AC, wifi access and there are 2 bathrooms. 100 amps of Single Phase power distribute through 110 volt double gang outlets. There is a separate entrance as well as a massive roll up door for easy load in from the street.
